The homeowners were not happy with the builder grade plumbing fixtures in their renovated cottage. New premium quality tub filler and shower ring were installed.
PORCH FLOOR BOARD REPLACEMENT
This house's original front porch floor was in bad condition--spongy and rotting. The owner chose 2x6 pressure treated lumber as an inexpensive and sturdy flooring solution. It has held up well to our WNY weather.
